5/11/17The first day I met Amy she told me that she was going to work hard for me and she was true to her word! Amy and her team came to my home, took professional pictures and put my house on the market. Within the first 3 days of putting my house on the market, I had 11 legitimate offers on the table and 2 more on the way! I was under contract with the highest and best offer by the fourth day! I told Amy exactly what kind of house I wanted and she went to work to find it! Amy worked tirelessly to help me find a home and did so within my time constraints. She was accommodating with my unusual work schedule and even checked on properties on my behalf as I could not physically be there. When I found a new home and was under contract, Amy made sure the builder did things right! I have had both the experience of buying a home without a Realtor and buying one with a Realtor. I can tell you without any reservation that having Amy as my Realtor made all the difference!
