Amy was fantastic. She was knowledgeable in that she knew not only what to look for, but also specific models of electrical boxes that were recalled in the 80s. She was always available to talk through the process and options. She kept an eye out for properties that weren't even on the market yet and that was how we ended up finding a property that I could actually get in this crazy market. When my mortgage company couldn't approve the property at the last minute, she called around and found me a new company that same day. They were able to complete the mortgage and everything went smoothly with closing. She was absolutely fantastic and made this horrible process of buying a house so much easier.
