Amy works by unethical business protocols with her rental properties with misrepresentation. My family & I rented a cabin in Sevierville TN in July 2021. She misrepresented her advertisement on VRBO. It was advertised as "Upscale Custom Retreat" completely updated with new furniture. This is NOT what was delivered to us. We received a falling apart rundown & not well maintained cabin. We paid $1500 a night equaling $12,000 for the week. We notified the her within 24 hrs & categorized our concerns from safety, maintenance, amenities & cleanliness sending pictures to show the condition of the cabin. All the amenities were either broken, run down or unusable. The main issues were all the safety concerns we found in her rental. The air filters have not been changed in years. This was a major air quality issue especially with Covid giving us health problems from day one with asthma & allergies for most of our family members including myself. After discovering what we were breathing in we were shocked & disappointed in her neglect. We are a hard working family on our annual vacation. Working with Amy has been a negative experience & we do not want this to happen to anyone else.
