Originally, we weren't sure about using a realtor due to a previous negative experience. I'm so glad we did! We were absolutely thrilled with the experience of Christine Browning. Professional, punctual and always available to answer our (sometimes very dumb) questions, they walked us through the process and had our house on the market faster than we could have imagined. What we thought was going to be a arduous, tedious and painful process turned out to be unbelievably smooth, and, following their advice the house sold within a week, and for more than we had originally thought about asking! What a marked contrast from our previous experience. I honestly can't think of a negative thing to say. It was smooth, smooth, smooth! I'll for sure use them again.
