My wife and I thank God every day for leading us to choose Amy to represent us as we sold our house. We had never sold a house before, so Amy took us by the hand and lead us through the process. At times we wondered about what she was telling us because she saw more value in our house than we did, but she was right. Within a couple of days we had eight offers over asking price. Amy helped us through the rest of the process and interpreted for us the legal maneuvering that had to take place. Thank you Amy for a FANTASTIC JOB!!!!!

Amy has a work ethic that I have not seen before. Her communication is top-notch and made me and my husband feel that was in complete control of our listing. She was proactive and confident in how to list and negotiate our terms. We felt like she was a strong representative and a tough negotiator and an assertive marketer. Amy is the BEST listing agent I have ever seen in action and was committed to selling our home. It was EXTREMELY difficult due to the market that we were in and she NEVER gave up and continued to market and had so much traffic coming through our rental property that we have MULTIPLE offers. You would be insane not to hire her to sell your home. She is responsive and available and gracious and fair. A perfect 10!

We had a great experience working with Amy. I couldnt believe how responsive she was to all of our requests and questions, and she knew far more than we ever hoped for. She is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends). Amy, bless her heart, saved my life literally. We set out appt. to meet in person and sign a contract on Feb. 15 at 2:45 pm. This was at the home I still live in as the contracts were for two rental homes I owned. But I had plumbing problems in the kitchen which led to the kitchen being soaked in water that I did not see before I hurriedly entered the kitchen and I slipped and fell hard on the hardwood flooring and broke my left hip. Of course, my phone was no handy and I could not crawl to it so I had to wait on Amy. When she came I screamed for her to go the back patio door to enter. She got me clothing and my purse ready for the ambulance. She visited me in the hospital out of concern. When I came home we finally signed the contracts and it was with her great assistance I got more then I hoped for. She is charismatic and sweet and I would refer her anytime.

Amy is honest, reliable and trustworthy. I have worked with her in the purchase of investment properties. We also contacted Amy to list our primary residence. Unfortunately, we changed our minds about selling our home. I would highly recommend Amy!
