Amy was a pro right out of the gate. When we decided to purchase a home upstate I called her right away - talked about what I wanted, set a budget and time line.....she reminded me that this is also meant to be fun! To be open to the possibilities and to get to know the areas I wanted to be in.....she was/is very detailed and went above and beyond to not only educated us in the homes we were visiting, but to give us history of the areas and think about what we wanted out each property we saw. The other important thing for me was Amy communicated clearly and without a bunch of noise that would have otherwise made it difficult. We were lucky we literally bought the first home we saw - which happened to be a property that Amy told me about but I dismissed.......I have no problem recommending Amy Rosen!
