Amy Smits

We began working with Amy Smits last summer to find a summer retirement condo that could also serve as a rental property during ski season. We enjoy Amy's personality and appreciate her extensive knowledge of the local rental market and the area in general. Though we did not find a property last summer, we kept in touch with Amy throughout the winter with plans to travel back to Summit County to view properties at the end of ski season. Amy consistently notified us when suitable properties came on the market and provided video walkthroughs of those that interested us. By the time we returned in mid April, we felt very confident that Amy and her partner Matt understood clearly the type of home we were looking for. In fact, we made an offer at the end of our first day of showings, and we closed and moved into our new home a month later.Many thanks also to Kari for keeping us on schedule for closing and to Kevin for sharing his extensive knowledge of the area and for assistance with details of moving into our new home. The Smits Team is a highly functioning team. Each person we encountered was kind, helpful (often beyond expectations) and attentive to detail. We are excited to joining the Summit County community and are thrilled that Amy, Kevin and Matt are our new neighbors!
