My passion for real estate began way back in 1995, when I started my career as a Mortgage Loan Processor. Working in that position for 5 years gave me intricate knowledge of the mortgage loan process that helps me explain to buyers the mountain of paperwork required to secure a home loan. I also worked in marketing for 18 years, which gives me the extra knowledge and skill to market homes in any market. I am a California native, who relocated to North Carolina in 2016. I have 5 beautiful children and run a small hobby farm in southern Gaston county. Moving from California was quite a trek; we packed up all of our belongings, 4 children, 2 cats, and 2 dogs into an RV and drove across the country! I can empathize with anyone making a move into a new region and trying to find and secure housing from a distance. It's a challenge, but with the right agent, it can definitely be done!
