Amy has been amazing to work with. I've had many questions about helping friends get in line with purchasing a home and she's answered everyone professionally and quickly. I've also had the pleasure of meeting Carl who's super nice and fun to work with!

Amy Wiberg is awesome. We can't praise her highly enough. She found us a beautiful home that met all our desires (this was a cross country move for us) and handled each detail in our absence - all negotiations, home inspection, helping us with utilities connections, keeping an eye out for the house after sale and until we finally sold our Virginia home and arrived here. Her video of the home interior gave us a true picture of the house. And to boot, she was just an absolute delight to work with, and everything --- truly everything --- went as smooth as silk. She was so patient with our questions, even about minor details, and was available to us always -- day or evening. I can't recommend her highly enough.

I can not say enough about this wonderful team. Carl and Amy have helped us sell and buy our new home in a matter of weeks. Moving in such a short period of time can be stressful, to say the least, but Carl and Amy made it as painless as possible. What a fantastic team! When we met Carl and Amy we needed to get our home prepped and sold in a short period of time. They walked us step by step through the process. They were literally just a phone call away if we had any questions. Always so helpful and well informed. We finalized out sell on 3/24, literally 8 weeks from start to finish. Amy & Carl both go above what realtors do as norm. My mom passed away and my brother and sister and I needed to sell her home in Port Orchard in February. They came to the house and did the walk through and we talked and got to know them. When they first saw the house it was full of all of mom's belongings. We were getting ready for an estate sell. We saw them again after the sell. What was left in the house were items that my husband and I were keeping. At the time were in a very small apartment and had a storage unit. I also had a bad ankle so was not able to help with much. They offered themselves and son and his friends to help us move the rest of items out of house. They came and loaded the Uhaul, followed my husband to the storage unit in Silverdale, then to the uhaul place in Bremerton to drop off the uhaul, picked my husband up and brought him back to Port Orchard. Moms house sold in basically 4 days. The first open house weekend an offer was put in and accepted. In May we had Amy and Carl help us find a place, we had a few financing burps but they stood by us and within three weeks we were signing the paperwork. We are in our new home and loving it.

Carl listened to my needs and showed me houses that fit my criteria. He kept me informed as new houses were listed. They had a through knowledge of the local real estate market. I found the house of my dreams in a few short weeks. Thank you Carl and Amy for attentive care.
