Let me just start off by saying that Anna is very lazy. She showed us an apartment that we ended up renting from her, did the walk-through and she never came through with her promises of fixing locks toilets and air condition. We've been at the new apartment for a little bit over a month and the AC it's still not working properly. This is something that was addressed even before the move in. I would not recommend Anna to my worst enemy, if you see her name, make sure you go the other way. No joke
