Thank you Gran Beach Realty !! Both buying a property and renting one with you was the most easy and quick decision I've made in Years !!! When I came to see you the first time, suggested by a friend, I was only going to "see" what was there that you could offer. 24 hours later, I had given you the check, and one week later I had a new property !!! Same happened with the flat I rented from you, asked about options on a Monday, you gave me a bunch of possibilities, and by Wedensday it was all booked. Needless to say, the flat was fantastic and me and my friends had a great time in Miami !!!Now you are still looking after my property and managing it, with cristal clear information every month and with all the answers when I need to know something.Thank you guys !!! Surely soon we will be looking for new options !! You are My prefered realtor in Miami !!!

We purchased a house in Delray Beach, FL with Ana. She was referenced to us by a friend ten years ago. She has plenty of ideas, advice, and suggestions. Ana was always available and ready to answer all our inquiries. I would definitely want to work with Ana the next time we purchase a house for residency, or as an investment.

I worked with Ana to find a home three years ago. We love the home. She has always been professional, friendly and fast. After 3 years the owners decided to sell the property. Ana immediately began helping me with the process to find a new home. The owners eventually decided not to sell the property so I didn't have to move. But Ana was a huge help during the process and I highly recommend her.

I recently acquired a 2 bedroom apartment in homestead and Ana was a crucial element from the day we went to see the property to the we closed on the property. Even after the closing she continues to help me and shared ideas. Ana is on top of game and knows everything about properties and dealing with the in and outs of buying, renting and financing a home. I am extremely happy with her and for all her support during my property acquisition and I recommend her to my friends and relatives. She made the process so smooth that didnt take much from me to get everything done. Even the title company person said was amazed how well she knew the process and how helpful she was. All I have to say is thank you Ana for all your support and hopefully we can do business again in the future. LuisL

Ana has been helping me with my investments in Miami for the last 10 years. In this particular case her knowledge of the area made it possible for me to purchase this unit for a great price and super fast. She also helped me to fix a few things that needed an update on the unit.Shes the best!! And her team is just as great as she is. Would definitely choose her all over again. Thanks Anita!!!! I would choose you over and over again
