Mrs. Anastasia told my roommates and I many lies. 1. She owned the property and was BBB certified 2. We can sign have the keys to the property once we signed. She set up three appointments with us just to cancel (No call in advance, in fact her employee who is in high school had to tell us after trying to reach her). When we asked about their BBB certification, the assistant promptly kicked us out of the building for not following covid guidelines. None of them were wearing a mask. Finally, just be very wary of whatever she claims to have.
