My wife and I got to know Andi over the past two months as she navigated us through the house hunting and house buying processes. As an Exclusive Buyers Agent, Andi works only for the buyer. Unlike a traditional realtor, she does not list any houses and therefore she has no incentive to steer her clients in any direction other than what will make them happy.Andi is a true professional. She was thorough in her research on the houses, very well informed on the neighborhoods and sections of Savannah and the surrounding towns, asked all the right questions, and was in contact with us nearly every day over the past two months. She is an indefatigable worker, and you will see her emails sent at 5:30 am as well as 11:00 pm.Andi patiently guided us through the whole process and turned what is normally a very stressful time into a fun experience. She has a positive and refreshing spirit. But make no mistake when it comes time to negotiate, she is tough as nails. I can't imagine going through my first home buying process with anyone else but Andi. She has taken care of me from the very beginning. She was extremely patient as I wasn't quite sure what I wanted, and when we found it she made sure everything went smoothly.
