Andre Lapierre

Andre is the best in South Jersey. He knows the area well and quickly honed in on what we were looking for as far as style and location. He was very on top of our home search - sending us houses as soon as they hit the market and getting us out to see them asap. The house we ended up with was one that Andre took us to the first day it was available for showing - it ended up being a very competitive process to get the house and our success was entirely due to Andre's quick timing in getting us in there and his superb negotiation skills and coaching along the way. He is also extremely knowledgeable about what makes a quality home - always being sure to point out to us any technical imperfections (such as roof, HVAC, and other things I wouldn't readily notice as a first time home buyer). Beyond all of the above, he is a pleasure to be around! Andre truly made the whole process enjoyable. I can't say enough great things. Definitely call Andre if you're looking for a home (or selling one!).
