Andre was an amazing realtor, very honest and patient. He committed his time and energy to helping me find the perfect home in Miami while I was still living in NYC. PLEASE READ!!!I just recently bought my first house at 27 years old. My boyfriend and I were worried realtors wouldn't take us seriously or try to trick us into something. We got juggled around by a few realtors until we got introduced to Andre. Honest opinion- This guy is the man! Andre is patient, knowledgeable, observant, detailed, professional, helpful and dedicated. The one thing he always told us was he would see as many houses as we want until we found the one because this is a big investment and no one should rush into this, this being your home, your sanctuary . Anytime and any day Andre was there to answer calls or texts, answer questions, book house viewings and address concerns. I would text him sometimes at 1 am so he could see it in the morning and to my surprise he always answered immediately. He helped us throughout the whole process, there were no surprises or gimmicks. I truly appreciate him for helping us on our first purchase, for the time and patience and the tremendous help for first home buyers.
