Andrea is awesome. She has sold my last two homes. She has a great eye for detail and knows what sells a home. The photography and drone coverage was amazing. Andrea was very responsive and you never have to wait more than a few minutes no matter what time of the day or day of the week. She is very knowledgeable about how to price a house as well. The two house she has sold for us both sold the first weekend they were and sold for at least asking. I would recommend her to any of my friends, family, and co-workers.

We worked with Andrea in the spring of 2023 to sell our home, and we couldn't have been more pleased. Andrea brought in a fabulous photographer and videographer to showcase our home online which created much more foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. She attended every showing to be able to explain all the extra features of our home to potential buyers. She also helped us stage our home, which helped make the process a lot easier. Andrea was wonderful in keeping the transaction moving along and getting to closing in a timely manner. She was always available to answer our questions (and the buyers!). She was so responsive, professional and is just the nicest person. We had a great experience and highly recommend her.

Andrea handled this deal so smoothly I practically didn't have to do anything. She was really knowledgeable about the area and suggested a good selling price. From our first phone call to the settlement table was exactly 40 days. She did such an amazing job staging my house that I almost changed my mind about selling it! You won't be able to find another Realtor who is as responsive, professional, attentive, or knowledgeable as Andrea. Andrea is incredible! My husband and I bought our first home in 2017. We had no idea what to expect and were pretty naive about the whole process. She really guided us through everything, from what to look for during walkthroughs to negotiating a good deal. Andrea is very knowledgeable about the housing market in general (she does her research!) and about the regulations/requirements for residences and contracts. When we decided to make another transition to a bigger home in 2020, we ran to her. Although we learned so much from her the first go around, selling our home was completely different. Again, Andrea expertly guided us through the process. It was stressful but Andrea gave us the knowledge and confidence to make good decisions for our family. She has a unique ability to stage a space to its maximal potential; we had over 25 tours in one weekend. Andrea then seamlessly transitioned from selling our home to searching for our new home. Andrea was helpful across the board. She took time to explain the paperwork to us, from the Agent Agreement to the clauses of our contract. She was always available to look at houses in person, and her sharp eye caught everything (condition of the molding, funny smell in the upstairs bathroom, missing gutters, paint peeling on windows, etc.) She quickly developed a sense of what we were looking for, and stayed positive throughout our months long search without ever pressuring us. When it came time to bid, she helped advise us on a competitive bid that we were still comfortable with, and once we were under her contract, she stayed on top of all the final details. She clearly loves what she does, and you will love working with her.

I could not recommend Andrea more highly- we loved working with her and are extremely satisfied with the house she helped us buy. She is organized, efficient, and very dedicated to her clients. We were looking for someone with experience with buyers who were searching from out-of-town and we started working with Andrea before moving back to the US.
