I am writing to extol the virtues of my realtor, Andrea Joseph. If realty was an Olympicsport they would be sportin a whole lotta gold. I hope you have a cup of coffee and a few minutes to spendreading this letter, because I have a LOT to say.From our very first phone call, she made me feel at ease. I had not purchased a home in more thantwenty years and had many questions about the process. Their empathy, respect, and encouragement ofany and all questions created the perfect working environment for a newb like me.Her dedication was immediately evident as Andrea cleared her schedule for two days so that we could look athomes all over town. She was also super patient as we switched gears in the middle of the process and sentten more homes that we wanted to see on our second day. Even though that shift created a good deal morework for her, she served with a smile.Once we narrowed our options down to two homes, we relied heavily on Andrea'sknowledge of the marketplace as we made and put an offer on our final selection.The lender that we had previously been working with had no clue as to how to meet our somewhatcomplicated financing needs, so Andrea referred us to a great lender who knew just what to do.This lady is exceptionally well resourced, no doubt owing to her excellent relational skills, and thelender that she referred us to was just one of many helpful referrals that they provided. We used herinsurance agent and their flooring guy and their general contractor (whose availability in the Harvey aftermathwas definitely due to their relationship-building) among many others that they recommended.And, speaking of general contractors, Andrea isn't a general contractor but she should play one on TV.Our sons wedding was within two weeks of our closing, so I could not be in Houston during much of thetime that our home was undergoing updates. This ladyand I cannot overstate this pointwas justunbelievable in the ways that she went above and beyond to ensure that the work was completed welland on time. (Please note that this was AFTER our closing!) She coordinated with the contractor and theflooring installer, they stopped by the house and sent me photos of the process, and she fixed any hiccupswe encountered with a wave of their magic wands. Bibbity. Bobbity. Boo.Most of this her listings and sales are in the $400,000 to $600,000 range, but she still made me feel like arock star and Houstons most important new resident despite our much lower price range.Andrea is a credit to Keller Williams Memorial. She is a credit to realtors. Heck, she is acredit to the human race.Please let me know how best to get the word out about them.
