Do yourself a favor and save yourself a lot of headache and hassles and use the Lacerda team, from Andrea (who was awesome) to Jesse to Joseph and Michelle you will be in good hands. Andrea and her team are absolutely amazing!!! They went above and beyond to make sure that our house was cared for (we moved out of state when the house went on the market) and they were instrumental in coordinating anything that needed to be done in order to close. The house was on the market for less than 6 hours and we got an offer and closed in 27 days! This would not have been possible without their dedication and expertise. I am amazed at all theyve done. I cannot recommend them enough for your home buying or selling needs. They are an absolutely AMAZING team!!

Bought a home in 2018 in Scotch Plains, NJ.To say that the Lacerda team is amazing is an understatement. Andrea, Jesse, and Michele were beyond wonderful. They totally understood what we were looking for, and never at any point tried to convince us to buy something we werent comfortable with.
