Andrea was able to sell our home(a contract on the second day of listing) on a very short time frame required by the buyer. The home needed a new roof because of a hail storm. The contractor I had flaked out on me after waiting near 3 months. Andrea was able to pull in her resources ( the contractors she deals with )and make the whole deal go. She is very professional and highly knowledgeable on the whole process with many years of experience. If you want it done right the first time We will highly recommend Andrea and we would use her again selling or buying.
