Regency Properties owner and Broker-in-Charge is Andrea Witherspoon. Andrea is an Ashe County native who entered the real estate profession in 1999 seeking a new challenge and opportunity for increased involvement within her hometown community. In March 2001, after seeing the on-going growth potential for the area, Andrea opened Regency Properties, a dream which became a reality. $8 million in sales in the first year was quite an accomplishment in her eyes, but netting sales in excess of $30 million in 2006, just five years into the business, was simply incredible.
