Andrea was great for first investment property purchase. She also has experience as a property manager which was so helpful in the process. Every time we needed help, a referral or a recommendation Andrea had it. We looked at 21 properties in less than 3 days. It was my request, and she was always willing to work with individual needs. We still work with Andrea, and we couldn't dream of a better realtor to work with.

Andrea was phenomenal in the whole home buying process! When we didn't have luck finding a home in the morning she called me after dinner offering to go look at more. Once I was ready to make an offer she structured the offer in a way that got mine accepted vs. all of the others. Once my offer was accepted Andrea continued to check up on me every few days and helped me through the whole process. I am so grateful for the experience and help and how smooth and easy the entire process was for me.
