Andrea Simunek

Andrea was the best realtor Ive ever had the pleasure to work with. She was profesional as well as relatable to us in helping find our home. Highly recommend anyone who is a first time home owner to go through her!

Andrea was the best!! She was very knowledgeable and interested in helping us with the sale of our Dads house. Andrea helped us with the preparation of the property for sale and recommended steps that would improve the sale. She walked us thru the entire paper process, answering our questions as we went. We would highly recommend her to anyone needing to buy or sell their home

Very friendly. Amazing to work with and kept me up to date on every detail. Helped us with our first house in Sioux Falls South Dakota. She also helped us with a few things after the house had already closed.

She was great! She was friendly and helped Us find exactly what we needed. She was always available when we needed to get ahold of her. We will definitely be working with her again in the future!

Andrea is very knowledgeable about the Sioux Falls market and is very helpful in making the the transaction final! If you are relocating, I recommend you contact Andrea for assistance. I promise you will be appreciative of her help.
