Andrea Webb

Andrea Webb is an amazing Real Estate Professional! She is very focused and business oriented. We were so lucky to have her recommended to us by a fellow co-worker who moved to the area a little less than a year before me. I actually got to meet Andrea while I was just visiting Tampa in June. She knows the Tampa (and surrounding areas) home market well showed me around a few of the neighborhoods she thought I might be interested in while I was visiting a month before I actually moved down to FL. She was even able to get me in to see a house I asked to see on short notice that same day. When I returned in July to engage in the serious home search she took me to see quite a few houses. Andrea is patient, we would look at six houses in a day and then I'd want to go back and take a second or even third look and it was never a problem. She was very flexible and did a great job helping me deal with the requirements for the mortgage company --which can be quite daunting when you are in transit. She will get you to closing. She is no nonsense with the mortgage companies and knows the process and requirements for buying a home better than any realtor we've ever worked with. We closed in October 2016 after looking at some 25 plus houses. I am in love with the home we chose and the floor plan is exactly what I wanted and in a great location. I would absolutely recommend Andrea to my friends, family and co-workers and I would definitely work with her again!

Andrea is fantastic! Her knowledge, professionalism and personality are the perfect combination in the real estate industry. She was extremely helpful in the purchase of our new home and stayed in constant communication with us. We made a recent corporate move from NC to FL and with the distance issue it can be very stressful and difficult but Andrea made the process extremely easy while doing essentially all the work for us where we didnt have to worry about single thing. I could not recommend any other individual that would be as highly qualified as her. Thanks again Andrea for all your help and patience!
