Andres was AMAZING! He helped successfully navigate a very competitive market in a tough time to be a cash strapped buyer. He is extremely attentive and knowledgable, and made himself available whenever we needed him. He was always friendly and we never felt pressured in any way. On top of everything, he was wiling to travel everywhere we were looking, which included a huge search radius. When it came to putting in offers he was very quick to get them submitted and was very helpful in helping strategize on what they should be. We got our dream house with Andres' help! He was so knowledgeable and asked us so many great questions to make sure we were not only touring the right properties, but that we were fully prepared to make a strong offer. When we found the house, we didn't honestly think we had a chance because the market is so hectic, but Andres is an expert and drafted a strong offer, and out of multiple offers the sellers chose us. We know that was all due to Andres understanding exactly what to do to lock down our home. We originally found him through the Partner Program by chance, and when we met with him at the very first house we knew he was our Agent. He checked in with us regularly, even when we had to pause our search for a month. When we were ready to get back out there, he was available and communicative. He didn't rush us and made us feel like we were his top priority at all times! It was great to have him along with us during the inspection, he gave us a ton of guidance that - as first time buyers - we really needed. We completely understand why he's so highly rated! Whenever we had a question he was all over it, and when the sellers were causing some hiccups we felt comfortable knowing that Andres was on our side. With his knowledge, experience, and diligence, we closed on our dream home. There's no way this could have happened if we hadn't had him in our corner, and when we need an Agent in the future we've got his number saved.

That was my pleasure to work with Andres. If you don't know which bank to come to get your pre-approval, you can ask him as well. He is an opened-mind and very patient person. Andres has a well understanding about people such as their needs, their culture and works hard to help his customer to find a home that they love.
