Andrew Benoit

I contacted Andy and explained what I wanted and the price I was willing to pay in the Anthem area. He quickly put together a couple of homes that fit what I was looking for. One was perfect but by the time I decided it was perfect, the home was under contract. Andy was familiar with the listing agent and got us at the top of the list if the deal fell through. Imagine our delight that the home became available again. We quickly made an offer without negotiating because Andy knew the market value and the asking price was fair. In less than a month from the time I called Andy until closing, he kept me informed and all documents were in order. The whole thing moved quickly and without a problem. Thanks, Andy!
