He is knowledgeable on market trends, providing an honest assessment of values, negotiating for his client during the offer stage, and utilizes all available modern tools to keep the seller informed and move things along quickly and efficiently. We had two offers over a two month period from late January to late March with an average of almost one showing per day excluding one open house weekend; I.e., good traffic. In fact very good traffic compared to other traffic I saw in the neighborhood during that time.
