Working with Andrew was an absolute pleasure. Thanks to Andrew, my wife and I just landed a home after an exhaustive search spanning five months, four towns and two states! Andrew is licensed in both PA and NJ and has every contact needed to find answers in record time. He comes from a family of Real Estate agents and has an excellent knowledge of the trade. He worked tirelessly to find answers to every question we had and was always available to consult, I'm fairly certain he never let one of my calls go to voicemail. Admittedly, we were very demanding clients and Andrew handled every step of the process with patience and more important, expertise. His attention to detail also paid dividends after our initial offer as h navigated us through what ended up as a very difficult inspection/loan process (to no fault of his or the seller's). We're very grateful to have worked with him and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home from Bucks County PA to Haddonfield NJ and anywhere in between!

I will never contact anyone else but Andrew Jacobs for my home selling/buying needs. Andrew is honest, caring, trust worthy, professional, extremely knowledgeable, has all the tools, keeps you in the loop at all times. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. Another agent we worked with in the past referred us to Andrew. From the beginning, our interaction with Andrew was professional. He helped do some research in advance of us pursuing a place. It allowed us to not waste our time looking at places that were not in the realm of what we were looking for. He was honest and provided advice when we asked him. He offered support and was always reachable and very responsive. He went above & beyond to help us find a building inspector, a plumbing specialist and a contractor to better understand all the issues we had identified on a property we were pursuing. We were not able to attend one of the inspections and he covered for us (even video taping the contractor’s work). Unfortunately, we had issues with the seller fulfilling their agreement and Andrew helped us through the options we had. We felt that Andrew was our true partner and advocate – really looking out for our best interests. We wished we had Andrew as a realtor when we bought our first house which we had none of this as part of our experience. We hope to continue working with Andrew as we look for other investment properties. We highly recommend him

Andrew is one of the best realtors I have ever came across esp. for the following reasons. He tries very hard to understand what you need and never assumes it. He keeps changing his own criteria of selecting homes for you, as you see more and more houses with him and he understands your requirements better. He will never rush you or pressurize you to make any decision. He understands that buying house is one of the biggest decision of life and people frequently change their mind on both sides. Above all he is very patient & diligent and keeps track of everything, tries to share/reduce your work wherever he can. He is also straightforward and upfront where he needs to be, so you don't waste your time if something he thinks is not going to work out. He goes above and beyond his responsibilities as a realtor, to help you through the entire process and even after closing. In my case he is still texting me to check if everything is fine :-)

I would highly recommend Andrew to my friends and family. He was a pleasure to work with! He was knowledgable on the area, and kept us up to date on houses coming to market. The house we purchased turned into a short sale, and he handled it so well. Andrew educated us on a short sale, kept us informed every step of the way, and helped my husband and I SO much in the process. About two years ago, there was a knock at my door, and Andrew Jacobs greeted me with a friendly smile, easing right into a casual, pressure-free conversation. This "casual visit" marked the beginning of the welcoming changes that our family longed for, and the start of a wonderful relationship with Andrew. My husband and I desperately needed more space, as with the addition of two children and a dog, we were cramped. Not only did we find an amazing home within a mile of our old home, we were able to rent out our home to a fantastic family and find something comparable to meet our needs. The process was long, but Andrew's confidence and positive demeanor kept our hopes high and eventually made our dream come true. Not only did he see us through this process, but he keeps in touch with us to check in and see how our family is doing during and after the process. Our son even refers to Andrew as "the guy that knocked on the door and changed our lives!" My family and I highly recommend Andrew Jacobs to help you to reach your dreams!
