Being an out-of-town seller, I needed a realtor who would understand the sales amount I was looking for. I needed someone who I felt could confidently complete the work, follow through when I needed more information or suggestions. After meeting with Andrew, I felt a good rapport. The sale of my home was a very traumatic and emotional experience due to a terrible break-up. Andrew Jay came out within a day of contacting him to take pictures and list my house. He was referred by a coworker and treated me like family. He dealt with me directly and facilitated discussions with my ex as needed. Throughout the process, he was always available and giving me tips. He even examined my crawl space after a potential buyer commented with a concern. My home was very difficult to sell for many reasons, but AJ managed to get me free of a bad situation!

When we finally thought we found the one we wanted, Andrew came out twice on a holiday weekend to give us a chance to see the home.When we knew this was the one, he worked diligently to make sure the process moved smoothly to close in 30 days, answering questions at all hours, coming to the inspection, the final walk through, and providing ideas/insights and really helping us through the whole process! We are so happy to be settled in our new home and would highly recommend Andrew to anyone looking for an honest, reliable realtor, who is looking out for your best interest!
