- Andrew listed, but didn't sell, my home
If I could give 0 stars, I would. He tries to get you to lie on your mortgage application so that you will be approved for more money so he can get a bigger commission. He will push the edge of what you can afford, asking you to put car loans and such in other people's names. He took unappealing photos of my home, did not advertise and I fired him and took my house off the market after 4-5 months and only 2 showings. A year and a half later, my home sold in about a month, with 10-15 showings. I should have listened to people I know who told me to steer clear of him.
