He went above and beyond to make buying our first home special cant Thank him enough. Very accommodating and available for questions quick to respond with answer or who to contact if he did not know. Honest when viewing homes if he felt it was to high or if there was work that needed to be done or if he thought that it wasn't the right fit for us. Wanted to find us the best house that was the best fit not just a house as fast as possible.

Although it was first time to buy house. Andy made my life very easy guided me very well from the initial process of house search to the entire process to close the process. He possess wonderful negotiation skills and customer care.

Andy was such an outstanding Agent. He was very attentive to my needs. He was extremely flexible and always available no matter the hour. He was knowledgeable of the area, and could almost instantly determine whether or not a home was priced reasonably. His knowledge of building materials, structure condition overall prognosis of a particular flaw was deadly accurate, and extremely useful while searching. I'm upset I'm not buying more property, because if I was, Andy would definitely be my agent. He's a friendly, honest, respectful and all around good guy. I failed to mention that I fired my initial R E Agent (from another company) ....and boy am I glad I did. Because had I not....I probably wouldn't be in the home I wanted.

In our time working together in this home search, I feel like I learned a lot from Andy. Starting out, I didn't know a lot about the things to consider when buying a home. Andy was patient with explaining and with what to look for while reviewing a home. We had a challenging time trying to find a home. In this time, Andy knew what kind of home would fit our needs. There were times when I would ask him to review information on a listing, and he would be able to tell me whether or not it would be a fit for my family.
