Andrew Malveaux

Andrew Malveaux II is a native Houstonian who has been living and working in and around Houston%u219s inner loop for more than 20 years. His dedication to Houston can be attributed to his love for his favorite city. Even before Malveaux began his career in real estate, he spent much of his free time working to better Houston, including working for almost a decade with the world-renowned, non-profit organization Project Row Houses. He is currently working on development projects in Riverside Terrace, Timber Crest and the Museum District; three neighborhoods, among many, which he is passionate about. “My mission in real estate is to participate in the ongoing transformation of Houston’s entire inner loop into vibrant neighborhood communities of families and businesses,” says Malveaux.
