Andy is GREAT! We used his services back in 2001 to buy a home, so it was a logical decision to call Andy again when it was time to sell the home. Andy was on top of everything: He knew the market value of our neighborhood, had a solid plan for open house and listings/showings, and we had an offer (actually, multiple offers) in the first weekend of our listing. We moved quickly through the closing process and Andy was communicative and helpful with every question and concern. I couldn't ask for a better realtor.
