He found the house we ended up buying and contacted us to suggest we view it right away because he thought it was just what we were looking for. And he was right! Subsequently, we decided to list our former house with him. He used a top notch photographer and videographer and marketing techniques, which made all the difference. He also offered good insight to strategically selecting the list price and conducted an open house right away. Within only a couple days, we had multiple strong offers on our house and we received just above asking price. In buying and selling, Andy always responded to us right away when we had questions or requested to view a house and never showed any sign of impatience no matter how many questions or requests we had. He was a pleasure to work with and we would certainly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
