There were multiple unfortunate hick-ups in the process due to issues with the seller's realtor. Andrew negotiated the deal expertly, and then when it was time to hold the seller's to it, he worked many hours straightening out the kinks. He was always available to us when we needed him, he worked on this outside of business hours, and he helped accommodate my high-risk spouse's needs during the times of COVID. Andrew is friendly, kind, understanding, and professional, but most importantly he is driven to give his clients his all and see that they are happy. Really fortunate to have met him during the home-buying process, and grateful for all his hard work. Strongly recommend him

From our first interaction he showed he was motivated to find something that worked well for our family, and acted quickly on any listings that we saw that piqued our interest. In the horrifying California real estate market when everything is overbid and snatched up quickly, we really appreciated his no-nonsense approach to finding out the bottom line of what would get us the house. Although hes at the earlier part of his career, he proved to have done the work to know his job well. He rolled with the punches at our sometimes odd humor, and was a joy to work with!
