My experience with Andrew was OUTSTANDING. He came in with a great listing presentation, heard what I was looking for in price and we set what we both felt was the right price for the house and the area to be competitive. He prepped the house and got the listing set quickly and efficiently. The house had multiple contracts the 2nd day on the market and accepting a strong offer on the third. Andrew communicated with me the whole way through the process. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a quality realtor in the area!
