That's right - thanks to Andrew we received a check from buying a home with the extra from his negotiating skills on the assistance we received from the seller and being a first time home buyer. Our home was also appraised for 10,000 more than the agreed buying price. What we experienced with the whole process was a very rare thing to happen all around, but had it not been for his abilities as an agent, it wouldn't have been possible. Be patient and make sure you are honest with the compromise between needs and wants, and he will help you find the perfect home at the perfect price as fast as he can!
