Andris Lauzums

Meet Andris Lauzums. Andris has always been passionate about complex problem solving. Throughout his career, his main focus has always been to identify what is of value to his clients and then help them fulfill that need. Andris believes that both debt and real estate should be included in one’s investment portfolio. He began his investing career as a landlord, and has since found more of a passion for cash flow from other debt instruments, such as notes or distressed debt secured by real estate. Andris also serves as a Portfolio Manager for Riga Capital Partners, an investment fund with long-term residential rentals, short-term vacation rentals, non-performing loans, re-performing loans, and other real estate opportunities.
