Chattanooga – the Scenic City – was a great place to grow up! It’s been our home since my great-grandfather, Abraham, chose Chattanooga after leaving Russia in 1905. For five generations, the Hodes have called Chattanooga home. After earning my B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, my career took me away from my home town. I moved to South Florida and worked for a few years for a non-profit and then moved to New York City, where I met my beautiful wife, to start a career in Risk Management. Concurrently I earned an M.B.A from Baruch College – City University of New York. After a few more years away, I convinced my wife, who is from New York City, that Chattanooga is where we needed to be. Returning to Chattanooga is the best thing I’ve ever done.
