Andy Hunt was attentive, patient and very kind. He showed us many options, all that met the criteria we had set. Andy contacted us after a friend referral and was quick to speak with us and get started in our pursuit.

I think I lucked out beyond belief when I hit the "contact agent" button on Zillow and ended up with Andy. Incredibly knowledgeable, patient, answered all of my questions and seamlessly got me through the home buying process. I don't anticipate doing that again anytime soon but if I was going to, I'd definitely pick him again.

Andy was the right man for the job from start to finish. Instantly he is very friendly and hospitable. His personality and skill allowed us to build a relationship quite quickly. In the first stage of the process he helped me refine my search criteria and narrow down the number of houses that I had to look at online. Then once the house viewings were set up he was always on top of explaining the pros and cons to each property and surrounding area; truly a professional who takes his career seriously. The entire process of viewings lasted several days for me, and Andy was right there beside me the entire way offering insight and asking the right questions. Once I finally decided on a place, he and his team were quick to act and really were on my side during the negotiation. I felt at peace knowing that Andy was my ambassador and acting in my best interest. The final stage of closing and signing was stress free due to the constant communication and clarifications from Andy. Again, from start to finish he was consistent and wise to the process; and in the end I have the house Ive always wanted. I really couldnt recommend him high enough!
