Andy Kropf

I first came to Nashville to attend and play baseball for Vanderbilt University, choosing Vandy and Nashville over several other programs because I had an underlying interest in music as a writer and singer. After graduation I played in the Detroit Tigers organization for several years. Upon nearing the end of my career in baseball, I was offered a unique opportunity by a builder/developer in the Atlanta area. I became the Land Acquisition Manager and in-house agent for Oakley Development and Leland Homes and went on to contract, rezone, and help to develop or sell several residential subdivisions in Cobb County, GA. When the market began to turn south in 2007, I pivoted to a career that I had been fostering in music.
