Were first time home buyers who had the opportunity to work with Andy. We started searching for our first home on January and despite the low inventory and insane market we were able to get into contract within 3 month, and Im sure without him we would still be searching. He was really responsive, and knowledgeable about the whole process, and spotted any defects in the homes that we would of otherwise missed. Andy responded really quickly despite me reaching out to him at all hours of the day, and overall great to work with!

In a very difficult housing market, Andy was kind and patient. We looked at homes all over Columbus, made multiple offers and his wisdom and positive attitude got us through the whole process. On the home we finally went into contract, we had to act very quickly and Andy made it all happen. Would highly recommend him for listing or buying a home!

Quite simply, it would have been impossible for me to find anyone who could have done a better job of representing me. Sale of my condo presented unusual challenges which Andy overcame without complaint or exception. He was proactive, professional, efficient and detail oriented. I highly recommend Andy whether you are buying or selling, as he goes well above and beyond even the highest standards.

Andy was amazing! Always on top of things and responded quickly to our requests for showings or information! If we asked about seeing a house, theres a good chance wed have our appointment scheduled within the next 24 hours. He always worked around our (very) busy schedules. Overall a great guy with a real passion for finding you your dream home! Really would recommend Andy, as he was so truly helpful in helping my fianc and me buy our first home.
