I advertised, hosted open houses, and went through every step to sell my house. I then began the process of buying a new home, looking at websites, talking with agents, & viewing other homes. When I found the perfect home, I decided to list my old house with a REALTOR & began the "selling process:" choosing a price, keeping it clean, & allowing many strangers to enter.
