Angela is the best! She helped me and my husband so much through the entire process of selling our home and purchasing a new home. She walked through and helped us come up with a "To Do" list before we put the house on the market, with staging tips and advice. She really understands the market and the key things that will attract buyers to your home. She also puts in the work and investment to get top level photos of your listing. Online selling is so important these days, and Angela sets your listing up to stand out in the online market. Thanks to her guidance, our house looked great, and we had a contract the very day it was listed! Angela was great throughout the selling process. She has tons of reliable contacts for anything that may come up. From repairs to general questions, she was there for us. Angela also helped us find our new family home. In a very busy market, it wasn't the easiet task. She was very quickly able to identify our needs and wants, and more importantly, she picked up on our personal style right away! She would always send me houses that I loved! She just has a gift for helping you discover what you need and what you really want. And then she worked with us until we found a home that worked! Buying a house is a stressful and somewhat overwhelming process. It's so nice to have an agent that is readily available, super friendly, and trustworthy. Loved, Loved, Loved working with Angela! As first time home buyers we could easily have felt overwhelmed by the process, but Angela made the process as smooth as possible. She quickly gained a grasp of who we were and what we were looking for in a home, and she worked hard to find the perfect place for us. We were not in a rush, but had ample time to find the right house, and Angela was patient, sent us ffrequent updates on new listings, and was always available for showings when we needed her. When we found the right home, she was wonderful at walking us through what can be an overwhelming process. She is polished, professional, and exceptional at what she does, and we know that when we are ready to sell or purchase again she is who we'll call!

Let me just start by saying WOW! If you want your house sold and sold quick at the right price and the right time there is no other realtor for you than Angela. We met on a Friday, signed the listing agreement and my house was posted on the MLS that night. In less than 24 hours I had a full price offer, the second offer came In on Sunday at 7k over asking. By that Monday I had a 3rd offer at 13k over asking. Can I just say SOLD! On top of that I needed a quick close in 10 days. After the offer was accepted she got the contract signed. Angela worked her butt off to make the 10 day closing. She went above and beyond working with the buyers agent to make sure the financing was in place, the inspection was done, the house appraisal was completed and a full contract was executed. She was organized, diligent in her communication, always professional, always available and she never lost her cool, not Angela. Just as she promised, in 10 days we were sitting at the closing table. It was a done deal. I've been in business for 35 years and Angela impressed me like no other. I Will sing her praise all day long and recommend her to anyone and everyone in need of a top notch realtor. In addition to everything going on with just the sale and closing Angela also found me a rental property and one that would take pets, not an easy task in Cumming but she came through. When I'm ready to buy again I can assure you, there is no one I trust more than Angela!
