My experience with Angela was AMAZING! I selected her as my realtor because of the outstanding reviews that she has received in the past, and she exceeded every expectation that I had. She was prompt, transparent, honest, encouraging, and took my needs into every consideration. Angela did an excellent job in marketing - and ultimately selling - 1620 Edleshearan Road. The property is remarkable: a main house, guest cottage and 4000 sq/ft photographic studio. She used all her tools to guide the sale - showings, open houses, guiding buyer's realtors, recommendations to the sellers, advertising targets - to finally reach the "special buyer" that would appreciate this property. Angela, in addition to being our Real Estate Agent, became our Best Person and Source to insure that our home was presented in the "Best Category" for showing and Sale Personal reasons, demanded us being absentee and out of state owners. Angela McCurdy is a great realtor. She saw the value in our house that that other realtors did not, and we sold the house above the initial listing price suggested by the other realtors. She kept us informed about the viewing activity of the house, and she was always accessible to answer our questions.
