This was our fifth time working with Angie and Noelle and we wouldn?t work with anyone else. We were nervous this time around, not knowing how corona virus would affect the process. But they did what they could to limit the number of people coming into our home and were very careful when we did have showings. And, as in the past, we felt like they did a great job pricing our home and helping it sell quickly.

Angie and her team were handed a great property, in a hot market from a seller who was willing to be very realistic about pricing. The result, multiple offers on the first day the property was shown. So, while there were factors not directly related to Angie and her team that really drove a quick sale here, I would still definitely work with Angie again as she was professional and handled the administrative aspects of the sale very well.

Angela has the expertise to be honest, fair and make the deal happen. Work with her and she will get you in a home with over 30 years of experience, backing her. Times changed and so do the rules and laws. It is a good feeling to know, someone will make your dream come true. Thank you, Angela.

Angie Morris has been my familys realtor since 2003. Since then, Angie has completed seven real estate transactions for us. Angie made each of those transactions easy. When problems arose, Angie was always there with a solution. If Angie couldnt fix a problem, she always knew somebody who could. Angie remembered my family and always made it a point to ask how they were doing. Angie is very kind and personable, and also knows how to take care of business. In July, 2018, Angie sold a house of mine. The house went on the market on a Monday. Angie called me the very next weekend and asked which of several offers Id be accepting. Angie explained each buyer, their loan, and what the conditions of their offer meant. I was able to pick the buyer that best suited my goals. When the house went on the market I lived clear across the country in Portland, OR. Even though I was so far away, I was at ease knowing Angie had things well in hand. I spent no more than an hour dealing with that transaction from listing date to the closing date. Ill likely be moving back to the Tampa Bay area soon. I know Angie will find the perfect home for me.
