Angela was fast about the things she said would attend to. She aggressively utilized social media and internet sites to get maximum local coverage. (as well as MLS of course) Reached out to other agents to push my property. Made well thought out suggestions as to improvements to move the property. Her husband Lance, was extremely helpful with work that had to be done. Meeting with contractors for me while I was at work and dealt with them as I would have. During this process, never was I in the dark about anything. They take a personal interest in their clients and work as if you are family. (got abetter price than I had hoped for too) I am proud to have had the privilege to have worked with these two. They possess strong values and are highly ethical in all dealings. This was the 6th real estate transaction during the course of my lifetime, and these folks made it, by far, the best.

These two ladies are absolutely the best real estate professionals I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Without going in to all the details, I dare to say the selling of my property in Hot Springs, AR was the most difficult endeavor they have ever had. Not that the property was bad, just the situation surrounding the property. Angela and Cindi went above and beyond what lesser realtors would have done. I was so worried that they would walk way, because of the issues they had to deal with, but they didnt. In fact they worked harder and harder to get us to closing, including fighting an unfair and biased appraisal by VA. When we did get to closing last week, I ask why they stuck with us. The answer was simple. We gave you our word..they did and they did not back down. If you are looking for professionals, who will give you their all to sell your property, you must select The Blackwood Team of exp Reality and ask specifically for Angela and Cindi.
