Great agent for our investment property. Angelica helped us with an investment property purchase. She was definitely very knowledgable with the local market and gave us a lot of good inputs. She always kept our best interest at heart during negotiation. She is very calm and confident and was a great buffer between us and the tenants. During inspection, one of the tenant almost denied our access to the property and she was able to resolve the situation with calmness and grace. I was impressed.
