Her overall knowledge about the steps involved in purchasing and financing made us feel at very comfortable throughout the process. From negotiating the best deal; to weighing the pros vs. cons on what type of mortgage made the most sense and explaining why; to scrutinizing the HUD1 the day of settlement and making sure we weren't paying a dime more then we should be; she exceeded our expectations in every way!
