She was very polite and knowledgeable. There was a very bad experience with a prior listing and I was about to go a completely different direction. I lived way across country and was told by the lending company everything would be fine. When I arrive they renigged on the loan. I was furious, but Anita took me that day to see other properties and I found MY Home. Now I had to stay in a very pricey hotel for about a month and rent vehicles, but I love my home.
