I recently had the pleasure and privilege of working with Team Bennett in the selling of my home & the purchasing of a new home. Ann is very professional and extremely competent. She worked non-stop through the entire process (even when she was on vacation she was 100% accessible). She is calm, kind, understanding, encouraging & helpful. She treated all parties involved in both transactions with dignity and compassion. Her knowledge of legal processes and procedures most certainly helps while negotiationing and working to close a deal. The selling of my home almost fell through due to an issue on the buyer's end. Ann stepped up and contacted the buyer's lender and worked to save the deal! I would whole heartedly recommend Ann 1000% to anyone looking to buy/sell a home. If it wasn't for her, I would not be in my new home.

Ann is one of the best, if not the best real estate agent in NH! Super responsive to all of our questions, no matter how stupid they were. Our house had a nightmare tenant living in it but Ann handled everything and the house sold fast. Can't recommend her enough!
